Our Team

Nathania R. Juwono

Founder & CEO

A founder of TPM Hospitality, she began her hospitality career at Intercontinental Hotel Group in the Marketing Communications department but found her true calling in small properties management. She has the penchant for boutique hotels with distinct characters in the service and approach that results with the birth of her concept of “handcrafted hospitality”, as there is no single formula to open the door and make  guests satisfied. She relies on building the distinct and personalised service delivered by one employee to the guests, but nevertheless they are all up to the standard.

Looking ahead, Nathania is keen to explore the opportunities of building and managing boutique properties with a handcrafted approach. Currently acquiring the properties from her family’s land, she is now exercising her potential to manage other landowners’ hospitality properties.

Leading the team, she is busy seeking ways to further escalate the properties, and fine tune the service to keep up with today’s guests expectations while highlighting the uniqueness. This is not hard, since she is an avid traveler herself and she expects a unique experience when she is on travel.

Nathania is a Cerfitied Hotel Administrator (CHA) with the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
